Documents Required
All documentation must be uploaded digitally in clear, legible formats (typically PDF for documents and JPEG for photos).
Identity Documents
- Passport Bio-Page: A high-quality scan of your passport page showing your photo and personal details. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your arrival date and have at least two blank pages.
- Digital Photograph: A recent passport-style color photo with a white background.
Supporting Evidence (Category-Specific)
- For PIOs: A copy of your surrendered Indian passport, a Surrender Certificate, or a birth certificate proving your Indian parentage/grand-parentage.
- For Spouses of Indian Citizens: Your legal marriage certificate and a copy of your spouse’s Indian passport or OCI card.
- For Dependents: Proof of relationship (Birth or Marriage Certificate) and a copy of the principal visa holder’s current Indian visa and passport bio-page.
