Documents Required
You will need to provide comprehensive documentation to prove you meet the legal thresholds. All documents issued in a foreign language must be translated into Polish by a sworn translator (tłumacz przysięgły).
Identity and Travel Documents
- A valid travel document (passport) with copies of all stamped pages to verify your travel history and "continuous stay."
- Recent photographs meeting the standard biometric requirements.
Financial and Employment Documents
- Proof of income for the last three years (e.g., PIT tax returns, employment contracts, or ZUS RMUA reports).
- Documents confirming your legal title to the apartment where you reside (e.g., a rental agreement or deed of ownership).
Language and Integration Documents
- The original certificate of the State Examination of Polish as a Foreign Language at level B1, or a qualifying diploma/school certificate.
Supporting Documents
- Proof of health insurance (e.g., a current ZUS certificate).
- Documents confirming the number of dependents in your household.
