Eligibility Quiz
Are you currently in the Czech Republic on a valid long-term residence permit for 'studies' or 'scientific research'?
Documents Required
All documents must be submitted in Czech or with a certified Czech translation. Except for your passport and diploma, documents must not be older than 180 days.
- Identity & Application: A valid travel document (passport) and a completed application form.
- Proof of Completion: A university diploma or a temporary certificate of successful completion of studies. Researchers must provide a certificate of completion from their research institution.
