All documentation must be submitted digitally through the Arrima portal. Documents not in French or English must be accompanied by a translation from a certified translator.

• Identity Documents: Valid passports for all family members, birth certificates, and marriage or common-law certificates.
• Educational Records: Final diplomas, degrees, and complete transcripts for all post-secondary education.
• Work Experience: Official work certificates or contracts. These must detail your specific job duties, hours worked per week, and exact dates of employment to match National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes.
• Language Test Results: Results from recognized tests (such as TEFAQ or TCFQ) that are less than two years old.
• Professional Standing: For regulated professions, proof of registration or correspondence with a Quebec professional order.
