Documents Required
You do not apply for this status in advance. Instead, you must present physical proof of your eligibility to the Immigration Officer immediately upon arrival at a Philippine port of entry.
For Former Filipinos
- Foreign Passport: Must be valid for at least six months.
- Proof of Former Citizenship: An old Philippine passport, a Philippine Birth Certificate, or a Dual Citizenship Identification Certificate (RA 9225).
For Foreign Spouses and Children
- Foreign Passport: Must be valid for at least six months.
- Proof of Relationship: A Marriage Certificate (for spouses) or Birth Certificate (for children). These documents must be in English or accompanied by an official English translation.
- Mandatory Registration: All travelers, regardless of status, must register via the eTravel portal within 72 hours before arrival.
