Eligibility Quiz
Are you currently physically present in Ireland?
Documents Required
You must provide any documentation that proves your identity, your travel route to Ireland, and the facts of your claim. While the absence of documents does not automatically disqualify you, you are legally required to make a "full and honest disclosure."
- Identity Documents: Passports, national ID cards, birth certificates, or military service books for yourself and any accompanying family members.
- Travel Evidence: Flight tickets, boarding passes, or visas used to reach Ireland or other transit countries.
- Supporting Evidence: Documents that support your specific claim, such as police reports, medical records, political party membership cards, or news articles mentioning your situation.
- Translations: Any documents not in English or Irish should ideally be accompanied by a certified translation, though the International Protection Office (IPO) can assist with basic verification.
