Are you a national of Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Afghanistan?

You must provide a set of core identity documents along with specific evidence based on your sub-category.

Valid Passport: Must have at least six months of validity remaining and two blank pages.
Photographs: Two recent 2" x 2" (51mm x 51mm) photos with a white background.
Online Application: A printed and signed copy of the form from the official Indian Visa Online portal.

For Former Indian Citizens (X-1): Proof of surrendered Indian citizenship, such as a Renunciation Certificate or a cancelled Indian passport.
For Spouses (X-2): An Apostilled marriage certificate (if issued outside India) and a copy of your spouse’s Indian passport or OCI card.
For Children (X-2): A birth certificate showing both parents' names and proof of the parent's Indian citizenship or OCI status.
For Dependents (X-Misc): A copy of the principal visa holder’s passport and visa, along with a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from their employer or educational institution in India.
For Property Owners (X-4): Proof of legal property ownership and evidence that the purchase complied with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines regarding the legal remittance of funds.
