Eligibility Quiz
Are you a Ukrainian national (or family member) displaced from Ukraine on or after February 24, 2022?
Documents Required
The Croatian Ministry of the Interior (MUP) recognizes that many people fleeing danger may not have a complete set of paperwork. You should provide whatever you have, but the lack of documents does not automatically disqualify you.
- Identity Documents: Your passport, national ID card, birth certificate, or military booklet.
- Evidence of Persecution/Harm: Any physical or digital evidence supporting your claim, such as court summons, arrest warrants, medical reports documenting injuries, news articles mentioning your situation, or letters from political/social organizations.
- Family Documentation: Marriage certificates and birth certificates for children are critical if you intend to apply for Family Reunification.
- Translations: While official translations are helpful, the Ministry is responsible for providing interpreters and translating essential evidence during the formal interview process.
