To apply, you must gather documentation that proves your identity and your specific eligibility for the category you chose.

Identity Documents: A valid passport (your permit will not be issued past your passport's expiry date) and a digital photo meeting IRCC specifications.
Proof of Eligibility:
- For Graduates: Official transcripts and a letter confirming program completion.
- For Spouses: A marriage certificate or proof of common-law status, plus proof of your partner’s employment or enrollment in an eligible degree program.
- For PR Applicants: An Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) letter from IRCC.
Medical and Security Docs: A medical exam is required if you intend to work in healthcare, childcare, or agricultural settings, or if you have lived in certain countries for more than six months. Police certificates may be requested based on your residency history.
Family Information: Completed IMM 5645 or IMM 5707 forms.
Certified Translations: Any document not in English or French must include a certified translation and an affidavit from the translator.
